           Post-doctoral Position in Lattice Field Theory


Applications are invited for a postdoctoral position funded by the Swiss
National Science Foundation (SNSF) in lattice field theory. The position
is for two years starting immediately (or on mutual agreement) with a
salary of around CHF 80'000. Applicants are expected to have a Ph.D. in
Theoretical Particle Physics and are supposed to perform research with
me on non-perturbative aspects of strongly coupled (lattice) field
theories.

Members of the institute working on lattice field theories include P.
Hasenfratz, F. Niedermayer and U.-J. Wiese. Further permanent members
are M. Blau, G. Colangelo, J.-P. Derendinger, J. Gasser and Ch. Greub.
Furthermore, the institute is part of the newly founded 'Center for
Research and Education in Fundamental Physics' emphasising the
collaboration with the Laboratory for High Energy Physics.
