[LatticeNews] Lattice 2008 (Hotel and deadlines)

Dear Colleagues,

  I would like to remind you of a couple of deadlines regarding  
Lattice 2008.

First the early registration deadline is May 31. After that the fee  
will be raised to $450.
In addition the hotel we have reserved rooms for the conference  
(Hospitality House)
has not received many requests for reservations. All rooms will be  
released on June 13.
However we might need to release rooms earlier because most people  
are opting not
to book rooms there. If you would like to book a room at the  
Hospitality House please
do it as soon as possible.

The Williamsburg Hospitality House is across the street from the  
William & Mary campus, walking distance from the conference.
The conference rate is 89$/night single or double occupancy. This  
rate is available for dates up to 2 days prior and 2 days after the  
actual conference dates (subject to availability). The hotel offers  
complimentary parking in its covered garage. The cut-off date for  
hotel room reservations is 2008 June 13. You must make reservations  
by phone in order to get the conference rate. To make hotel  
reservations, please call 1-800-932-9192 and reference Lattice 2008.
